The Powernet fabric is doing exactly what I needed—firm compression that stays in place even when I move around, and the front closure makes getting it on and off after surgery so much easier. It's snug but not suffocating, and I've been sleeping in it without any irritation.
The front closure is a lifesaver when your range of motion is limited post-op, I could get it on and off without any help. The gentle compression from the powernet fabric felt secure but never digging in, and it held up well through a few washes.
