The velcro closure lets me adjust the tightness through the day without re-buckling everything, which is huge for me. I’ve been wearing it for about three weeks under my work clothes and I can already see a smoother line through my midsection.
I was skeptical at first, but after wearing it for a few hours while doing chores, the firm but comfortable compression really does cinch my waist into that hourglass shape. The velcro holds tight through movement, and it's easy to loosen when I need a breather.
I’ve worn it through two full workdays now, and the firm compression really does hold its shape without rolling down at the waist. The Velcro stays put even when I bend over to pick things up, which surprised me for the price.
